The owners and staff on this property are not compassionate or kind. They have no interest in helping the community. There has been a small, terrified dog that has been loose for a very long time. The dog was last seen inside the fence of this establishment. There are more than a handful of people trying to help this dog get to safety. The owners/staff refuse to help. They won’t let anyone in to try to save the dog. One man was able to go in before he was kicked out and told not to return. They are not the owners of the dog and have zero relation to the owners. The property is incredibly dangerous for a tiny terrified dog. We know this by canvassing the area and seeing what we can see from outside. It is no place for any animal. It is beyond my comprehension how cruel and uncaring some people can be. I will never go to this establishment for anything. I am only interested in businesses that care about their community. If they won’t help an innocent endangered animal, I can only imagine how they treat customers and human beings in general.

Front staff is very rude and for how expensive the fees are .... it’s terrible the way they treat buyers. When we make the auction moneys I’ve spent personally 80k the last three auctions.... so I wonder how much the front staff cost them...??? We as buyers make the auction money and stay open! wow they are rude I’m just another number. And god forbid you say anything that upsets them oh boy!! They become professors of the rules and why your so wrong by asking a simple question that makes total sense but if it doesn’t to them!!! You will get (tough quick and thoroughly) as if you where an ignorant or a child that doesn’t listen.. I’m so disappointed all I can say.... I’ve had so many good experiences in the past but there is no consistency from branch to branch when it’s all one company!! Seriously consider not buying there anymore !
