This place is a joke they told me and my wife that they had a place available so we came up there first thing this morning 3-25-19 and got told they trailer we were getting has been taken Saturday right after we had left this was our last hope

I never owned a trailer in this place. I stayed with people over there when I lived in FL. But from what I seen, they have you pay for extermination and they don't really do it. The people there can be potentially shady and whatnot. Drugs are all over and the police is constantly patrolling..staying out of the way when moving here is mandatory.

I was there last week they told me to bring in one set of paperwork that they needed that they were accept I showed up today showed it to him and all of a sudden they don't accept it these people are the biggest lying sacks of s*** there is I'd like to see the state go in there and just go through everything I bet they'd be paying fines until the great-grandchildren were senior citizens

They advertise places open then get you there just to tell you they have nothing. they advertise same day move in on their grandview site then when you get there they tell you then dont have same day to send you to another lot to be told nothing is available for a week. Scam
