Don't move there. Under the new park manager they let pedophiles and drug dealers there in a supposedly family orientated community. They don't fix nothing only fix up trailers they are trying to rent out. We live there . it use to be some what decent. Don't move here.
They ask for a deposit close to $900 that's non refundable. Other than that, they really don't turn away anyone, rent is weekly. I live there
