I use to live there 6 months ago. Still go to visit my friends there. Pool not heated that's 3 years of winter no heated pool!!!! Dog park not even 1 star. Why because there more fire ants than sand. Lawns might be green but come summer the lawn company will do donuts or cutting it to short. Mail your mail might get there but if you move you don't get it to your new address. So as for management and HOA board does nothing. Don't bother joining it's not worth it. And houses are not worth 100.000. Not even close to 90s. Traffic is hard to get in or out of Country Place. I miss my friends but I don't miss living there.
