Awesome place to live. Peaceful. Been happy here for 7 years. Friendly management. So quiet, park is kept up very nicely. They should drop the rent about $200, and this place would fill right up, and they would make thousands. Workout room, pool tables, dances and other functions. Everyone waves at each other.

I would live there,I have seen alot of parks,that one is the nicest in Hudson Florida that I have seen.Swimming pool,social club,nice people, nice trailers.I know people who are paying $925.00 a month they get a trailer and a rude landlord, and the trailer is falling apart. That park is close to the hospital, Winn Did I shopping center,beach half mile down the street,Wal-Mart maybe 1 or 2 miles.It's a very nice park for the price.
