The rentals are from $550 through $1100 round figures per month. You pay weekly, no exceptions. Added to your weekly rent are pest control (never provided but required by law), lawn care, and property maintenance and annual licensing for mobile trailer (landlord's responsibility). Those charges exceed $200 per month making the rentals $750+ through $1300+ per month. The Rental Manager (Joy) was a regional manager that was demoted because of negligence. Her only care is her sign on advance. If you move in, keep your U-Haul handy. There are no leases and what you initial and sign is 30 pages of nonsense. They break state law and they break their agreement the moment they sign it. We lost all our furniture and electronics (including durable medical equipment). My advice to anyone who sees one of their yellow signs (Under New Management) just keep going. Their managers last 3 months average.
Don't do it they stole over $400 from us and we never even moved in or took the keys. Trust me I could write a book about this place with just the little short time I dealt with them, please please don't move in here these people are criminals.
Too much trust me. You pay 1100 for a roach 2bedroom with no maintenance done and they dont return security deposits
I would look elsewhere! They have a reputation of quoting one price and when you go to sign lease charging more
