Adventure plus appliances $544 a month it includes nothing The clubhouse in annotated 80s 70s panel banquet hall with a library that's outdated old time when up furniture.this is shuffleboard court at the entrance of the park just for washers and dryers avocados have more forever to Monk's destroyed though outdoor laundry area

Yes the rule states that a car or truck can not park in front of a trailer only to unload or load no longer than 30min This is in the street not the carport area

That is correct. However some of the trailers are very inexpensive here. I have seen private sellers let their places go for around 1k. You just need to ask the people with for sale signs up.
There's a few for sale and a few that there completely gutting and updating. I love it here, it's a safe and quite place to retire.
