START YOUR OWN HOMECARE BUSINESS!!! This place doesn't even deserve a one star reviews as one review previously said due to mismanagement, poor customer relations, lack of communication, and general incompetence at the expense of the customer. I have been dealing with this place for many years!!! The only decent person there was Les. The receptionist is extremely rude. I even contacted the owner to complain. The problem is they NEED competition. They KNOW they are the only game in town. Now they can't even be bothered to service any power chairs that they recently sold.

We were camping in a nearby state park and when I went to set up my CPAP machine, I was missing a part. I called Marra’s and they had the part in stock. We drove 22 miles to get there. Great customer service. Very welcoming. I’m switching my supplies to them. Thanks Maria😊

It is tough when there has been a pandemic, shipping issues, a huge recall for a CPAP Company. I am greatful for this company because they had me on their list for a new cpap. And when they came in they made sure to let me know that they had a machine for me. I am glad that they must have ordered more machines then likely known. I say this as I was told that before this they had not had a machine for anyone for like a year! I also greatly appreciate how they made sure I was well informed of the machine when I went in to pick it up. And also let me know that a family members machine was more than likley offline since now 3G is offline. Which helpled to prompt us to get my husband set up to get a new machine since he his (with the VA since 2015) does not send his info to his app or to his Dr anymore. And I was told that when I wanted to know how I am doing on the new machine I am on that I can bring in the SD card when I want to know how I am doing. Yes this machine does not have an app or the cloud like another brand machine has had. Though I am sleeping better now and that is what matters to me.

Worst place ever!! I've been trying to get CPAP supplies since november 2021,they've been calling me to a reference number or emergency contact (my Friend's phone)even though they have my phone number,every time i called my call is forwarded to voice-mail, i left several voice mails with MY NUMBER THAT THEY HAVE IN THEY'RE SISTEM but Gues what? i didn't received any call,is almost February 2022 and i still dont have my supplies from november 2021 or heard anything from them!!

Yes we do. Not sure on insurance. I can get back to u. Called Gait belt . it's 21 dollars. And not covered by insurance.
