The place has a bed bug issue. I contacted the district manager and basically got blown off...she says they spray " every 2 weeks" well I know of people who have lived there over a year and their apartments have been sprayed maybe 3-4 times in over a year..Ants and Spiders are another issue..they will give you ant traps and tell you to " buy bug spray" although management denied this was said to the tenants. Being a " low income" complex and management NOT allowing tenants to put infested items in the dumpsters is simply ridiculous. They have low income..and can't afford to hire a company to throw away their furniture..mattresses etc...petitions and media will be forthcoming
