It is a very clean, well run, quiet, picturesque little community full of very friendly people. There are plenty of amenities. It is central to everything one needs / wants in life. Location, location, location!

We have been here for five months. We love that you can be involved in many different activities from cards, golf, bowling, shuffle board, and many other clubs. Love the people here and we are making new friends!

I live in Doral and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Beautiful park with about 750 wonderful people. We have tons of fun here with just about anything you want to do.

This is clearly a well kept secret! Beautiful Curlew Creek runs through this over 55 park. The homes are updated, many are brand new, they have residency owned as well as tenet owned. The trees, birds, rolling hills, wide streets, friendly residents and great activities make this a little piece of heaven on earth. It's also located centrally between the cities of Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbour, and Safety Harbor. Plenty of entertainment and dining in every direction, and just a few miles yo from the famous Honeymoon Island. Clearwater Beach is a short 15 min picturesque drive. You'll often see the residents down on the Pinellas Trail, walking and biking, and with Hale Senior Activity Center in Dunedin, there is plenty of dances and activities for the retiree! Doral even has a Ukulele Club, a Kitchen Band, Karaoke, and dances and dinners each month. Bowling, shuffle board, golf, and horseshoe clubs. They also have fitness in pool aerobics, line dancing, and Music workouts at several times a day. I bought a home here and I'm loving my little cottage near the sea! So glad I discovered this community!

Yes it is, as well as renting
It's lot rent unless you own your own share. This is a resident owned co-op type of mhp
I live down the road I've seen people there with animals even birds that live there and do have pets. So yes I'm sure it won't be an issue as long as it's not loud or destructive because it is a 55+ community of mostly retired or elderly people.
No. Some homes include a share.which is a share of the entire property.allowing a reduced monthly rate.
The fees are currently $525/ month if you don't own a share and I believe $205 if you do own a share. This includes water, sewer, trash pick up 2x a week, basic cable and lawn service. Plus all the amenities the park has to offer like swimming pool, club house, etc
I don't have pics but it's a very nice place. My parents and some family members live in Doral Village. I stay here on occasion. Ive got to know many wonderful people in this park and the gatherings they had before covid were so much fun.
You have to call to The office
Yes, but right now they're booked they go fast.
No completely fill
Majority of the homes if not all are privately owned. This park is a resident owned community.
Always booked years in advance especially in dog area it's our busiest vtime call office let them know and they will post on board
$36,000. Some homes are purchased with a share and other do not include a share. If your house does not come with one you can get on the list to purchase one when it becomes available. Lot rent is $500 without the share and $180 with a share.

I would recommend talking to the office regarding available units. They do have a very popular pet section.
I am sure there is . But know that is the peak time for snowbirds I'm pretty sure it would be very expensive
Some houses are sold by owner but most thru www.selectmobilehome.com We bought our last year and Patricia Long was a joy to work with. We have had two homes just come up for sale thru Patricia and they are in the pet section. That allows 2 dogs both under 20 pounds each.
Not off hand, could contact Doral's office.
I think so but not sure. You're best to ask at the office
Pinellas county just issued a mandatory evacuation for mobile and manufactured homes and this includes Doral Village. This notice is for Friday September 8th. Pinellas schools have issued a shelter notice and they open tomorrow as well.
