Rude staff every time I call & want a update (I called 2 times for a update) Got approved April 2022. Had a appointment May 20th to finish the “financial” part. Here it is May 31st & STILL NOTHING ! They are in NO RUSH TO DO ANYTHING ,just do what they have to do just to not get into trouble because there is a TIMEFRAME!

They are rude, have no idea how to do thier job. I had print out the codes from the SS web site to show them what to do.

don’t go there late if you do they will rush so fast not caring about what it is that you there for being very rude and unprofessional I hate that I have to go to this social security office but the next person rude to me over there I will be talking to the person that’s above the whole social security office over there
