These people are disrespectful of your time, disorganized, and I've honestly never seen such a lack of care from a company that works for US since our orders, stamps, etc pay for their jobs. How is it that this lack of customer service and respect is allowed in any company in the USA anymore, I just don't understand.

Today I placed mail in my mailbox for the carrier to pick up, the flag was up and mail stamped. It was a substitute, she put the flag down and put mail on top of the mail I was sending out. It’s always a problem when our regular carrier is out.

They constantly fail to deliver packages, or will frequently deliver them to the wrong address. They've also just completely lost packages on several occasions. I've never dealt with a more incompetent group of people. If you have ANY choice in how your package ships, go with FedEx or even UPS (also pretty bad) rather than USPS.

Mail carriers do not change locks. You would have to put in an order and the custodian changes the locks.
