I showed up a little after 11am and there was absolutely no wait at all. I was seen immediately by a very friendly person. It was an overall great experience at the DMV! (Never thought I'd say that...)
Joan Lyons
Took my kid for their road test. Old man who tested was incredibly rude and swore several times in the car which made her very nervous. No need to employ grumpy old men. Do not take your kid to this DMV.
Katherine Maimone
So always been 5 stars here until today . It's so hot out and lines past 20 or more should most definitely have water for heat. We could do better here I'm that area and be a little more nicer to the guests walking in Mr. Security .
David Garritano
The 3 is because of all the stuff Florida makes you have just to get a license. But, I give a 10 to the incredible young lady named Ashley. Who helped me today. Was wonderful. She went above and beyond! I hope the manager at this office sees this. Because they are very Lucky to have you. Thank You Ashley!

How much to change the address on license
In that case you will have to include your daughter's information along with your s with proof of residence ♥️
I don't think so, but it'll probably be quicker if you do
No it needs be reinstated and you must hold on to document of reinstatement if your licences get exipred after 1 year you will have to do the whole course. Call the DMV from that state to see if you have any other outstanding ticket that you might missed. Some State like Connecticut won't take payment online nor over the phone you must go their in person and pay to uplift the fine, pay the fine, and pay to reinstated your licences. I hope this help. Good Luck.
Yes, I'm pretty sure that's true.
Take the death certificate to the dmv.
8 am
According to website its like 2.50 to replace a lost registration. Need plate number or vin number and valid license
Yes ..there is a supervisor of elections office at that location
At the tax collectors office, aka DMV
In GA. Or in FL⁉️
No. You will need to bring your out of state DL, birth certificate, social security card, and proof of the address you are living in FL.
ID Card, Passport, Birth Certificate, two pieces of mail addressed to you.
Bring all documents to the DNV proof of where you live a bill or a letter IF you are staying with someone to proof you are now a resident and it should all run smoothly from there 👍
I think so
I think you will have to call them or go online..
Yes, but they charge a fee, couple bucks
Monday-Friday 8AM to 4:30.
Yes! I recommend going to the website make appointment and read all the paperwork you may need in advance. Good Luck!
You will have to make an appointment for coming out of state. It's not a penalty or anything it's just because it takes a little bit more time
Yes
Not a clue because everything depends on where your from. Out of state or in state. As expensive as it's getting down here if you have an out of state relative you might want to go that route.
Call or go to DMV and have I'd and registration on or with you. Request a hard copy of your title. The part that sucks is that they charge you when the bank was supposed to ask if you wanted electronic or not. The state put pressure on all banks and financial companies to do electronic.
First off it wasn't mailed. It has always been electronically saved. You go to DMV SHOW PROOF WHO YOU ARE. BRING THE REGISTRATION W YOU AND THEY EITHER CAN MAKE one there or mail you a hard copy.
Have proof of address and not sure but have money so if you have to pay any fees.
hernandotax.us and then click appointment or you can go to the FLOW bus in the Brooksville parking lot. They are open Monday-Friday 10-3, no appointment needed
It is at the department of agriculture. Not the DMV.
I believe you have to be a citizen of US. Look into sponsorship or how you can pursue a license through Visa? I'm not sure of the legalities
You can not file for an injunction at the Tax Collectors Office you would have to go to the Hernando County Clerk of Court to file for the injunction. The Clerk of Courts Office is in the same plaza just in the opposite corner.
I have also been trying to find how to schedule an appt for out of state DL transfer. I even went to the Forest Oaks office, stood in line only to be told make an appt. If anyone has found the appt site, pls let us know. Thanks!
You have to call the location or visit their website for information like that. That is not something that the general public would know.
Call location directly
You only need to take your driving test
No, you have to schedule an appointment to do that because you need to bring in proof of residency.
I just got a updated liesense cu of new address
No you have to go in the office to replace your plate
Call the police/Sheriff
No only taking Hernando County Residents
No, you dont
Hello! I believe you are going to need two forms of proof of address, birth certificate, and social security card.call ahead to find out what all you would need before you go because you do not want to have to wait in those long lines. Then when you get up to the people who will be helping you they ask you for something you do not have you are going to have to come back. I advise you to be prepared ahead of time.
Hello I know they are going to ask you for proof of your new address. You have to have a least two forms like your electric bill, cable bill, a lease, etc... With that new address on it. I believe you need your Birth certificate and social security card as well. I think the price is between 50 and 60 dollars. Just bring more just in case it is a little bit more.
You definitely can not get a 30 day temp tag for that reason lol but after 21 days of it being processed, you can get a replacement sticker at no cost, you just have to go into the office
You can also go online. They have everything you need to know in the website
Yes, you should be able to do just about everything related to the title online. We went in because we weren't sure what we were doing, and they were really helpful.
If you bring all the right documents, it's actually fairly fast. We went around lunchtime (bad idea), which took longer because some of the staff was out on lunch. I can't imagine it would take longer than an hour.
We had to go twice and both times, no wait. We got there right after they opened. And yes.
They are still going to charge you too register
Try to get there before 11am or after 2pm. If not you will be waiting outside for 2 hours while they take turns going to their hour lunch.
I just renewed mine two weeks ago. They are not taking appointments, however they are taking walk-in's. They were really fast when I was there.
Proof of residency a bill the prefer, believe new driver's license showing address , proof of insurance, registration and money
You need a utility bill. Birth certificate and social security card. The price im insure of but I think around $25-$50 dollars
I would check out the FLDMV website for pricing & details
It's extremely easy and safe now. I don't know what county your in but Hernando's got the best service and they are extremely efficient they make it painless and you will be in and out in under 20 minutes. Forrest Oaks location is the best location. Make sure you have the extra money for the immediate Title print out, I believe it is around 40.00$, don't take the chance on it getting lost or backed up in the postal service.
The state will ask you to turn it in.
No
If you're trying to get a driver's license for the first time I would call before you go. But no appointment is necessary otherwise. You will have to wait in line to get in but it goes relatively fast.
The credit will always be in your name even if you lose the physical plate. If the tag still has a valid decal and you took the Florida insurance off of it. I would send the plate back in the mail to avoid your driver's license from being suspended
Updated Fl. I.D. cost me around 32.00 dollars.
I also paid 32.00 for state I.D. Not sure about license.
Go into Google there's a site called Renew registration you have to download the app
Your old license social security card if you have it any pills that have come to your new address passport would help any kind of junk mail, the deed to your property if you have it. Recent are all the W-2 forms is a plus. It's easier than you think I'm good luck
Yes unless your transferring. Tag to another vehicle
They only accepting hernando county residents
I had to show my marriage license too. And because I had been married previously I had to show my divorce decree. I guess they need to show a chain proving the name changes.
They have old school optic visual machines. Keep your bad eye shot and take the test with your good eye you will be fine. Good luck.
I just did nearly the identical thing last week, I had to go in unfortunately
Around $2
Just ur I.D and a bill with ur address.
Call the DMV and get the info
To my knowledge a car dealer is not under any obligation to register a vehicle until they intend to put a lein on the vehicle. Otherwise they are just facilitating transfer of title from a seller to another purchaser.
You can also call the office and make sure of all the paperwork you need. I went early and got in pretty fast.
Proof of address eletric bill cable bill etc. Your driver's license vehicle registration if you own it the title if not they will give you additional paperwork to fill out and obtain a copy of the title so it can be registered here. If you're a Veteran bring your DD-214 with you.
Pretty sure you can. Give them a call.
I would give them a call....or yes I would tKe those documents just in case.
Go to DMV and apply for a replacement
No appointment required take a number have a seat.
Yes, I would.
Yes
I would start by walking in or calling, for example, Tax Collector office in Spring Hill, Fl. located on Forest Oaks Blvd. Spring Hill. For information. Also, you can call Govt. Toll Free SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER for advice. If your just looking for a basic I.D. , the Tax Collector may be of help print you out a I.D. with your picture on it. There may be a cost attached. For phone no. , use a cell phone, use GOOGLE search, and type in "TAX COLLECT FOREST OAKS BLVD S P.O RIBG HILL FL." it will give you phone no. Or HERNANDO COUNTY GOVT. PHONE NUMBERS on Google. Goid Luck
I would go back asap
8:15am..or..4:20pm
Call the bank that u financial
Hey Rick. I don't work there but they are not
That question cannot be answered publicly. You must visit your local dmv to find that information.
ID, Proof of Residency, Title, and Money
Mornings before school and work gets out. Even when it looks busy, I've been in & out of there within the hour. They are pretty quick.
You can go online to the Florida DMV to check current pricing
Depends on the situation, best thing to do would be to call them or go there in person.
After completing the motorcycle course, you can get your endorsement on your DL without bringing any documents if you are REAL ID for $38.25
Every case is different so definitely you need to talk to a clerk about your situation
I heard 6$
You need q copy of your license also you can order the registration online and take that there as well
I believe u have to turn in the license and the plate that the driver has in their name
The 4 hour course was around 40 sum dollars, that's all done online. The permit test (if over 18) must be done in the office and is around 60 dollars. The test is very easy, just study, study, study the manual and take notes on it. After getting the permit, enroll in a traffic school to get proper driving practicing down before taking the license road test, it really helps!
Yes they can ticket you but it is not likely mainly if your lights work front and back and you have review mirror you should be okay if its just the mirror you can get replacement at walmart but if its the whole thing lkq crystal river may have it for cheap
You will have to go into the office. It can be where you are as long as it's the state you live in. You will need 2 forms of ID and proof of residence.
Yes
Absolutely!
Yes or you have to have bill of sale signed or a power of attorney for said persons
No but you have to take the road ways and drugs and alcohol course which you can do online and present to get the permit
To get a learners permit you have to take the written test. They have practice ones online. It's pretty easy.
For change of address you'll have to go in physically because they'll need to see 2 or 3 proofs of residency for the address that your wanting to update.
You can change it in any county that doesn't make a difference where you do it. I'm not sure about cost it might be the same as a regular license i dont think it's any cheaper which sucks.
Go to the license bureau first thing in the morning or you might be. Able to do it on line
Thr test is not that hard. I past the written test !y first time. I failed my first driving test fpr not using my sognal while making q three point turn. I retook it after a couple ofmweeks and passed. Wosh you all the best
Go to www.flhsmv.gov/driver-licenses-id-cards
No. I mean it is possible but i think only for police. The public cannot search records.
Not a lot. I dont know te exact proce, but there is a fee of $6.50 for anything youbdo at the DMV. I think its roughly $50 or so.
Since you are the parent you will need the proof of address. For me I used a written statement from my husband and an bill in his name.
If you are over 18, you have to take the permit test at DMV. As long as you study your manual, it is a very easy test. 50 questions and you can miss 11 in total, and there is a skip-button you can use if you get stuck on one, and have an hour to take it. I'd highly recommend getting the permit first if you are over 18 and have never driven before, and after passing the 4 hour course (you can do this online) and getting the permit, enrolling in a local traffic school to get a minimum of three lessons before going for the full license and road test. It helped me become a more confident and defensive driver.
Call DMV and select the license option (4, I believe) and then hope someone picks up. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. You can leave your name and number and sometimes they call you back, sometimes not so much. Really the only way to get a live person on the phone is to just keep trying your luck with calling them. If it's regarding an appointment, calling them over and over is the only way to get it. If not, I'd suggest just going to DMV and taking a number, and waiting to speak to someone at the office about whatever your issue may be. Sorry that's not more helpful, but I've had to deal with calling and getting no answers from them for weeks. It's as if they just randomly choose when they want to answer the phones.
Just give them a call, you will need birth certificate and social security card
Yes. You’ll need that plus a S.S. Card or w2 or paystub and two documents showing proof of residence.. like power bill, cable bill, etc
As long as you have the bill of sale and you don't wait too long to move it, you should be ok. Just to be safe I'd call the police and ask them , there could be insurance issues.
I think it depends on the car, how much its worth, not sure though. Switching the title is $85, I do know that.
No only for the road test
$30 but if you get food stamps or are on Medicaid it's only 7.50
Yes you can change your address for license and car registration. As a heads up the address change is one of the very last steps in the online process. The screen will show your current address and on the right side there is an "Update" button.
Yes. You can order one online and it ships to you within a few days
