Yes you can change your address for license and car registration. As a heads up the address change is one of the very last steps in the online process. The screen will show your current address and on the right side there is an "Update" button.
I know you can renew it online, but I don't know if you can change your address that way. You probably have to show proof of the new address, (electric bill or water bill.)
