I don't think so, but it'll probably be quicker if you do

I was told that yes, you do have to call and make an appointment to take the road test for your drivers license. But good luck, calling them more often than not just leads to a recording asking for your name and number and then they never call you back. The only way to get them to pick up is to just keep calling until they do.
