This is for the maintenance worker. Martinaz is professional and very friendly; she exceeded our expectations every time we needed help from maintenance. I really appreciate her work. She definitely deserves a raise.

I went there twice looking for an available unit and Karen helped me so much, she is very open minding and super friendly show me around the apartment. I was very exhausted looking for apartment but the service here is wonderful and Karen is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend her.

When we had visited the Wren, we had already finished with six other appointments with friendly and helpful leasing agents who I would only have good things to say about. Karen Perez stood out more than the others that day. Karen provided an excellent tour for us, clearly and generously answered all of our questions, for which we were quite prepared to ask, and offered a key piece of additional information we weren't aware of, like the Wren having sub-metered units.

I recently moved into the Wren a couple of months ago and I couldn’t be more thrilled about the decision I made living at the Wren. First and foremost, shout-out to Karen P., not only did she help me find my dream apartment in DTLA, she’s very friendly, and I really appreciated not feeling judged by my appearance. I definitely give Karen’s customer service, friendliness, and knowledge of the building 5/5. The maintenance staff is very quick to answer requests, and I really do appreciate their customer service as well 5/5. The facilities are generally clean and put together which is awesome. Feels very safe in the building as well for the premium you pay. Two reasons why I’m giving a 4/5 for this place: both elevators have broken down twice while I’ve been living here and I’ve had instances where Concierge didn’t have my food deliveries sent up to my building since my apt is not in the same building as concierge. Other than that, everything’s really be great so far! Will update should anything else pop up after 6 months of living here.

According to apartments.com they have 362 units and I'm sure what is leased changes daily. You should give the office a call.
