Lived here for 5 years, and it’s so sad to go! Seema the manager is the sweetest person and always is so attentive. The maintenance guys go above and beyond to get anything repaired and have even helped me when my hands were full. This place is amazing and has such a great community even through the pandemic. Definitely sad to leave, but so grateful for the wonderful years I have lived there.

The management refuses to make reasonable repairs. Although the outdoor area of property is well kept the quality of the interior needs improvement. Expect to hear your neighbors and definitely do not sign up for a downstairs unit. I hear footsteps from above me, the floor creaks and the windows vibrate loudly. Stan Dorobrek, the off-site management, does not address complaints and often speaks down to tenants, especially female tenants. There has been an increase in mail theft and the management exclusively relies tenants to remedy the issue instead of installing cameras, springs on doors or a higher quality gate to the parking area. I do not recommend renting an apartment in this complex.
