The community manager Jose is very kind, supportive and respectful. The leasing consultant, Toni is absolutely wonderful and a joy to be around. The maintenance team is very professional, honest and always does their best. Every apartment community has there issues, however having an amazing management team makes it worth living here!

I lived here for years. This community is very nice always clean and if any maintenance request, it is responded to as soon as possible. Kierra and Toni both attend to every question thoroughly when it comes to my lease or anything else. Great environment I would more if I could. Thank you Pacific Place

Recently moved to this complex and so far my time here has been enjoyable with no major issues or concerns. What helped me to choose this complex versus others has been my interactions with Toni from the leasing office. She was extremely helpful in answering all my questions about the complex as well as being really fun to talk and joke around with. The world needs more positive people like Toni!!
