Jose is a sweetheart, always turns my day around when I see him! He’s very helpful and positive, glad he’s here at Medici. The apartments themselves are alright, doors are often broken, its not unusual to be woken up by a fire alarm late at night, or noisy people in the courtyard at 4 am. Mail and packages also get lost easily because theres about 4 places they could end up, if they even end up there. But for the price and all the amenities (hello private park, two pools, two gyms, and covered parking) its decent.

It was a pleasure to have Nino guide us around the building and arrange everything for us very well. His professionalism and welcoming attitude made the tour even more enjoyable. I look forward to moving into Medici soon!

I would like to leave a review for all those that come to medici looking to lease an apt. Krystal went above and beyond to show us every apartment we were interested in. She expressed patience and thoughtfulness throughout the time we were there. She is an exemplary and professional, never once made us feel bad for Being indecisive. I would like to also mention that Ryan was also pleasant and kind, very helpful! Thanks to you both for a great experience at your complex.

If you have work or business to do in Downtown LA then look no further and get yourselves an apartment here. It checks out everything you would need in downtown. It is all gated and there is security at the entrance. Once in, you will have all the amenities of a resort type apartments. We felt safe while touring the community. Ask or book your appointment with Miguel. He is very enthusiastic and honest. We asked some blunt questions posted in many reviews here to which he answered honestly. Yes, the management has changed and they have also changed the way this community is managed. It has become good, we ourselves felt it. The prices are reasonable. I did not rent here because I wanted something very walkable to USC and that was the only reason I couldn't, everything else checked out. All in all loved the place and the views, spacious 2 Bed, 1 bed apartments. Will rent in future for sure if life brings me near to DTLA.
