My husband and I have been living here for 9 years and we’ve always had a great experience with the leasing office. Aaron, Donna, Marlo, Natasha and Steffin have always been helpful, understanding and accommodating. They are very open about communicating and are willing to help you to the best of their ability. Definitely a great location being in DTLA and the units/floor plans are a nice size compared to the newer buildings around DTLA.

Dont move here! they had a fire and they are leaving people stranded. one person got stuck on the 26th floor during the fire and a resident told a leasing agent. then the leasing agent said "thats their fault they didnt get out on time". They are not giving people answers knowing we have no where to go!

The parking inforcnent is horrible at this property they are rude and I will be calling corporate for wasting my time they have managers that have no business being managers at that facility horrible place

I think they will never get the elevators worki g correctly. + 1 years and counting. Even the renovated ones keep breaking down with people getting stuck. If you lkme waitkng 5+ minutes for an elevator, this is the place for you.
