This facility is always busy so they must be doing something right! I've had several procedures done here (cataract surgery and several laser treatments) and have been well treated. The staff are courteous, helpful and the medical staff equally so. Several specialists come in from other clinics to provide additional services. They take most insurance. There is ample parking and a large waiting area... which you will become very familiar with. Like most medical businesses it seems they chronically over book or under estimate so wait times can be lengthy. On average I've had to wait 45 minutes. I have not used the optical lab so cannot speak to the level of service and pricing. The two doctors practicing here opened up an out patient surgical center across the street. Should lower the cost of treatment. Looks state of the art inside. I would highly recommend Bay Eye Clinic. They have treated me well at a fair price for years and I intend to continue giving them my business.

This visit for an eye problem , commonly referred to as "floaters" was fortunately not serious. Dr. Harr examined my eyes and reassured me that my retinas weren't going to explode. I received prompt care and my bill was covered by my insurance. All staff were professional and efficient. Thank you Dr. Harr and staff. Gary in Coquille

Had eye surgery here last year. They gave me the usual eyeglass cleaning kit with my new reading glasses that not only been opened but the eye moisture drops had either been all used up or drained away, and the lens-wiping cloth was dirty with brown grime all over it. GROSS! They obviously don't care about the effects of giving a post surgery patient dirty materials to put in and around their eyes. Also, they seem to talk to all their patients like they're blocks of wood being moved down some kind of discount dementia conveyor belt, regardless of their age. My interactions with my doctor were unpleasant and I'm glad he's gone elsewhere, but I feel sorry for his future patients.

Poor administrative staff. I was an established customer at Bay Eye Clinic. The doctors are great. I just got insurance from a seasonal job I have. I attempted to make an appointment and was told I would need a referral from my doctor before they would make an appointment. So I got the referral then Bay Eye said the refferal has to go to my insurance. When I called my insurance they informed me to tell Bay Eye that I have VSP. I called back Bay Eye and they said they don't accept VSP. VSP is one of the most popular vision insurance companies. I'm tired of the hassle. I recommend looking somewhere else.

How is this clinic for cataract surgery?

I have a friend who has had cataract surgery on both eyes done at Bay Eye Clinic and he was pleased with it. My grandmother had hers done there years ago and she never had any trouble with hers. They built the new surgical clinic. I am not sure when it will open though. The doctors are great.

We would need to set up the patient portal for you. Call the office Monday and someone can help you with that.
