I have a friend who has had cataract surgery on both eyes done at Bay Eye Clinic and he was pleased with it. My grandmother had hers done there years ago and she never had any trouble with hers. They built the new surgical clinic. I am not sure when it will open though. The doctors are great.
I don't have my cataract surgery until Nov 4 so I don't have an answer right now.
