Ordered dinner, including 2 sides of coleslaw. There was no slaw in order, by the time we noticed and went back through drive thru, they were closed and was told by a rude female that they didn't have any more food. Really? Colonel you Need to hire some much better help! Always have LOVED KFC! Yeah...not so frequent now, shame.

When we order a 10 piece feast, we need someone who can count to 10. Seven is not enough to fill the bill. In a bucket that wasn't filled some time ago so that the extra crispy isn't soggy.

They were simply amazing. Online order I walked in gave him my name they worked together as a good team good team they jumped on the order and got it done like there was no tomorrow great speed of service food was hot fresh tasty the the insides were clean it's where clean so was the restrooms othe restrooms are the customers inside that we're eating had smiles on their face enjoying their meals so obviously I'm not the only one enjoying a great overall experience today And it's nothing like going out to grab something to eat and getting such a great experience at the same time it just makes it all worth more the wild

First and last time we will eat here. No flavor, the mashed potatoes. The biscuits were just thrown in on top of the chicken. Tables weren’t cleaned. Rat trap right outside the front door. Nope, not again.
