I got failed at another shop because of an exhaust leak (legitimate problem). My family and I have used Reeds for years with multiple vehicles with anything from small repairs to complete systems. Today (Saturday) they are normally closed and as I drove past there shop, I noticed their door open. I stood by to get an appointment for another time and they offered to take care of me in the spot. He apologized for making me wait a few minutes...I would have gladly waited hours. The repair was done quick and professionally and when I offered to pay for his services, he just shook my hand and wished me a good weekend and asked for nothing more than a public review... which I gladly give both 👍 👍thumbs up and would gladly give more but I only have 2. I will continue to pass on recommendations and I'm grateful for awesome businesses that belive in true "public services" Thank you Ryan!
