The worst apartment I have ever lived in, if you gonna live here forever and have no need for maintenance that could be a good choice. Otherwise, don’t come. I requested a maintenance request last December after half a year no one ever came in. But right before I move out, the maintenance team came in without any notice, went over my stuffs, threw them without any informs, thus I ended up with a mess at home and lost my passport at my own apartment before check out. Thank you.

Overall it's not a bad apartment situation. The leasing office is helpful and friendly. Moving in was a breeze. Maintenance is always quick and honest. My caution comes in the form of the people who live here. There has been dog feces left in the inside hallways until the cleaning crew could get to it next day, same with spit on the elevator floor, animal urine on the steps, and forget a peaceful night's sleep. I can hear my upstairs neighbor's every foot step back and forth. They make a point to stomp, fight, and slam things around all morning, all afternoon, and evening. Seems like a combination of poor/cheap construction and inconsiderate neighbors. To pay almost 3k is a bit much for bare minimum comfort and convenience. Good team of people, easy to pay rent, but just pay attention to everything on your apartment tour - the little things stick out more when you move in

If I could leave a 0 I would. I live here for 2 years & from management to roaches to broken gates for more than a year to car break ins to broken elevators & doors. Absolutely terrible. They have had several deaths in the building as well!! No email chain sent out! Just gossip through out the halls. I had never seen any positivity from inside the office, Suzanne & Christina ? I believe. Not much help in the office. This place is terrible. DONT APPLY HERE! They need help.

I never write reviews but because of my unpleasant experience living here I will go out of my way to write one. This apartment complex is NOT worth the money you pay. When I signed my lease they said the apartment will be cleaned thoroughly due to COVID protocol but when we moved in the apartment was definitely not clean. We had to mop the entire floor 3 times as the water still was black, there was pet hair all over the floor and in the washer and dryer. I just know they better not try and charge me for a cleaning fee when I move out after the way they left this apartment so dirty. Everything is/was broken (elevators, call box, garage gate, etc.) and all the amenities that they offer have been getting “fixed” since I signed my lease 9 months ago. They are also very inconsiderate of their residents. They have had 4 different fire alarm maintenance drills where the alarms(that were VERY loud) sounded inside every apartment every 5 minutes and lasted from 9AM to 5PM. They send out emails saying “sorry for the inconvenience” as if that makes up for interrupting your life. People are trying to enjoy their time off work or there are people who have to work from home. It would be great if we didn’t have to take phone calls with an alarm sounding in the background. They also will be very vague as to when they will be entering your apartment for other “inspections” like between March 14-18 and 21-25 someone will be coming into your apartment between 9-5pm. There is dog poop/pee everywhere it isn’t supposed to be(hallway, sidewalks, and elevators) from residents who don’t know how to clean after their animals. When you walk outside the surrounding area smells of dog urine. The mailroom is a disaster. Mail constantly being lost or left somewhere that isn’t the mailroom. The underground parking structure cuts out any signal from your phone so you can’t pull up directions until you leave the garage. Those are just the things I can think of off the top of my head. Bottom line don’t sign a lease here, go somewhere that is worth your money and will respect you as a resident.

Questions & Answers

Thinking about moving into the Altitude Apartments. What are costs like? Outside of rent; what’s a monthly bill typically like? Water, gas, internet, etc?

Water, sewer, and trash is about $85/mo for a studio with 1 person. Electric is anywhere from $20-$40/mo. Internet varies on your plan, but the average I've seen for high speed is around $45-$50/mo. Parking for 1 car in a reserved spot is $30/mo. It's definitely a nice apartment, but it's not cheap.
