If I could give this place zero stars I would, they have shown no consideration in keeping the building clean. Packages are constantly stolen and the laundry rooms are disgusting. The hallways of the building are littered with trash. This building has had an insect problem for so long and no one is in the building when maintenance orders need attention. The cleaning service does the bare minimum by just keeping the lobby mopped. There is nobody in the office for residents to go to. The company has shown that they no longer care about the well-being of the residences or this building. Please do not move here.

if you're looking for a place near Ktown be aware this place has the worst management ever. fire alarm goes off every month after midnight, dog barking and kids screaming night and day. Never expect to get your packages because your package WILL get stolen unless you get it from the postman yourself and the management office will always say they can't do anything about it.

My experience with this apartment complex exceeded my very own expectations. Everybody who worked there was very kind and professional to me and my family. I never had a problem with neighbors or management. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends who are looking to move.

I lived here for a year and the units are pretty good. Essex-WC rent is a bit pricey for a 1BR (~484 sq ft) but this is L.A. after all. WC's maintenance guy (Pedro) was very prompt and fixed/replaced the old thermostat with a new one. The annoying part of living in WC is the constant fire alarms in the evenings. The lead & asst. prop managers were amiable, considerate and easy to talk to but tend to forget things you discussed with them such promising to give you an itemized list that were deducted to security deposit, which I never received nor any remaining deposit.
