When it was time to renew my lease the agent that replied was so unhelpful my mom is disabled rent just keeps going higher and higher and yes they do charge for everything. Maintenance staff is awesome very friendly when they come since my mom takes a while to answer the door.

Recently move in, nice place but worst security ever. noise are loud still. very very impolite, rude girl security. she ignore my complain. i found her sleeping and she was made because i wake her up in the middle of the night. please help!!!!!

I lived here one year, and it was a good experience, surrounded with nice neighbours. The lease office guys were and still until the last-minute of my moving-out day so cooperative and helpful especially Sandy, Miguel and Sean!
