Broadstone Candara is a true gem. It is hard to believe something like this exists in LA. The property is super clean and well-maintained. The front office staff (Sabrina, Blanca & Kareem) are so kind and very responsive. They have made living at Broadstone such a wonderful and flawless experience.

The gift of a well-managed building that offers a sense of community with amenities is something I love. From the moment that I toured Broadstone Candara Hancock Park, I knew this was I found my new home. The professionalism of the staff, friendliness, and cleanliness are unmatched. The Community Manager, Sabrina, is a rock star and takes such pride in her job and team. Blanca and Kareem are a delight and always welcoming. The property’s sense of design, space, amenities, and community, combined with the incredible staff, has me wanting to live here forever.

I have been living at Broadstone Candara for almost 6 years now. This place has been amazing. I love the amenities we have here. The people that work here are super nice and accommodating to your needs. Our manager Sabrina Vaughn is wonderful. We have had several different manager’s but she’s my favorite. She’s friendly, always on top of everything and super helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It’s a lovely, chic, living experience, perfect for single’s, couples and families.

We lived in Candara for 4 years. The current team - including the leasing office (Sabrina, Jarrett, and Sarah) and maintenance/cleaning staff (including Kareem and Yolanda) - is phenomenal. The building definitely went through a series of bad leasing office managers in the past, but they finally got it right and have truly made it feel like a "community" again. I hope that the new owner of the building (Greystar) recognizes how professional and courteous they are. The leasing office is responsive to emails, building and apartment issues are identified and addressed promptly, COVID-19 safety measures have been and continue to be in effect - including through the tireless efforts of the cleaning staff (especially Yolanda), and they are overall just an amazing group of professionals. Not too long ago, I thought that I would be thrilled to leave, but I returned my keys recently and felt sad to be leaving the community. Fortunately I know I'm welcome back for visits :)
