As soon as I open the door it was completely flooded with water from the bathroom. Everything is old and outdated the elevator barely worked. Keep in mind I didn’t see any emergency steps. Make matters worse when I didn’t want the apartment anymore they are refusing to return my deposits so be careful when you leave them a deposit you’ll never get it back.

Terrible, run down lofts for 2,300 $$ with robotic people in the office doing. I did a tour of 6 lofts and it’s absolutely disgusting dirty old kitchens,broken dirty shelves and appliances.What is puzzling that is ran by big corporation but the units look like murder sites.You can find better much better lofts just couple blocks up. Do yourself a favor avoid and do not waste your time.Refunds take days even months in some cases. Awful!!

You must be at least 18 years of age to rent an apartment. Any occupants over the age of 18 are required to be pre-screened and added to the lease agreement, regardless of whether they will be paying rent.
