I lived there for about 13 years, under new owner ship things change. Lot rent is cheeper than renting in this area. we also pay water, Not a bad place tho I like it! We have the VA within walking distance, Madeira Beach is close by and Walmart's right around the corner. One block north is the bus stop!

Seminole mobile home has had it's up and downs the manger is great and working hard to keeping it safe and friendly for the community. Pacifica owns it and we have a water bill :(

it's a 55 + but I know 115 is not near 55+ nobody ever sees the supposed owner. is he real or just a drug induced fantasay?
