Livable. Has gone downhill over the past few years. Management is always angry. Anything you approach them with is met with hostility esp by Chelsey. The pool is frequently closed and frequently dirty.

There is always overflowing trash in all of the trash sights. I was given a notice for a patch of grass at the side of my house. The area is a large space that should have been mowed by the park. The rules do not apply to everyone. I have lived here for twelve years. It has never been so messed up.

I have not seen double wides in there.
Currently lot rent is $550/mo. It includes water, sewer, trash and basic lawn care.
Our current lot rent is $550.00 per month and includes water/sewer/trash and lawn care. We would be happy to discuss upcoming availability of homes. Rents differ based on a recent increase in the community. Thank you for your interest!
Yes there is units for sale see office. And it is pet friendly
Nobody rents here from what I can tell. If they're renting the place out tho and you're not on the lease and didn't get "the ok" then whoever is renting the place out and you will get kicked out. If you're looking for a place here you should call the office and ask if there are any homes for auction. I got my mine for a steal at an auction.
Yep
Depends on lot
Doubt it
No u r not allowed call the people on them
Its lot rent- you do not own the land. There are rules to follow
With monthly lot rental around 600 and a minimum of 10,000 for a small unit it seems to be a place usually not affordable. Best to look inland for affordable housing.
Lot rent is $565.00. It is a family park with a pool.
All ages
You have to make a min. Of 1500.00 a month.and no police record
We currently do not allow rentals of homes within our community. There is a lot rent that would be paid by the home owner.
I'm sorry Tony, Silver Lake does not allow rentals at this time. This may change in the future so please feel free to contact us in a few months.
Hello, Thank you for your request. Unfortunately, this property does not offer any rental homes at the moment.
I'm sorry, John is incorrect. Silver Lake does not allow rentals or subletting at this time.
