Nothing! It's a cooperative, therefore we own our land! No rent to pay :) just a minimum monthly fee for maintenance of pool, trees, grass, ...

No rentals, we own our places and own our land! Dogs are only allowed if you have a Doctor's paper stating you absolutely need one.
