Place looks good and just just seem like there is a lot of shady stuff going on in the trailer park and the lady running the office was not the nicest person. But she probably was having a bad day. .

No there is not. The rules and regulations of the community prohibit any work or recreational vehicles such as any boat trailers, work trailers etc.

Yes, there is a pool that is open to residents and their guests. When you enter the park, you pass one trailer on the left and then the pool is just after it. The pool is not open 24/7, but I can't remember the hours of operation. The pool has been closed every now and again for various reasons over the past 6 or 7 years, too. The jets were working last time I was there, so that's cool, but it hasn't been heated for years, and I believe it is supposed to be. When the pool is closed the gate around the pool is locked.
