Thank you for your inquiry. We currently have (2) units (2/2) for sale and possibly a third unit. There is a "no pets allowed" policy in this park. Monthly HOA fees are $100/month currently and have stayed at that price for quite some time. We depend on volunteers in the park to donate this talents to do things we otherwise would have to pay for keeping our HOA's low.
