We moved in a couple months ago and so far we are impressed. The complex is well maintained and staff are great š. We've met a few residents and everyone we've met have been very welcoming. Melissa, the home sales rep went above and beyond to make our transition easy And even tho I've only met the office gals twice they we really nice and answered every question I had without looking " bothered '" ( And I had a lot of questions) . We are in our late 50s and are noticing alot of the residents are also in their 50s & 60s so I feel confident this park will be a good fit for the preretired as well as retired.

I moved here 2 1/2 years ago and I'm not happy. First I was told we will have 25 hours security the main reason I bought here. We were to have an exercise room and that hasn't happened. Next it is taxes on land we don't own. Now insurance we have to pay if you want to HAPPY HOUR or parties if you have alcohol. What next? I know the company has liability insurance. They don't want to pay the premium. Next it will be the pool. We are being treated as if we're are children. I want to put a for sale sign in my window FOR SALE COME AND ASK ME WHY!!!! We could put on you car and park it at the office.

My husband and I were members of this park for several years until COVID hit and when we were not able to cross the border we made the tough decision to sell. The people of the community are a great bunch and we made many great friends that we keep in touch with and still visit. There were always events, dinners, live entertainment dances and social gatherings happening. Something for everyone every week. Why the one āļø then?? Recently the new owners have told the members that they now have to pay an insurance fee to use their beautiful new hall and communal areas if there is to be alcohol consumed. Who goes to a happy hour or plays pool, or attends an afternoon craft session to make crafts for donations to various charities, or a dance with entertainment and not have an alcoholic beverage if they choose to? This is now, after 30+ years, not allowed unless the residents want to fork out more money, on top of their rent, for insurance. Iād be pretty upset if I was still there and they moved the goal posts. I know many residents are as well. If you are considering making this place your new home please check with the current residents to make sure that the lifestyle now being offered is what you want.

Was at Sawgrass trails to do a small flower bed cleanup and mulch job the client was pleased when the work was done and the neighbors were very friendly and the park itself is very well maintained. It has a large recreational area and the grounds themselves are very well maintained it looks like a nice quiet friendly place to live

Not in the immediate area. The area does have some clean 55+ mobile homes across the street from the main road that leads into Sawgrass park and then some shadier ones 10 to 15 blocks away. I would reccomend seeing if the 55+ ones have a community website or looking for a neighborhood website to ask your question above and you will get more answers in line with your question.ššš
No more renttals at this community, I have been told
Yes there are, but they go fast. Check with Sawgrass HOA for information on the rentals. They have additional info.
