The park is very well maintained. The staff is around everyday to make sure everything is in its place. The residents stop in the streets to say hi. Nice community center. All in all very happy to be here.

I want to address the comment from Ms.Taylor I live at the Isle of Palms... Lot 327.... I have been here since 2013... We moved here from Biloxi to take care of my father n law and mother n law... I researched for 1 year the St Pete, Largo and Clearwater areas... I found this beautifully manicured,well kept Mobile Home Park...My husband told me that by the time we would have to move this park wouldn't have anything available. Well I did not give up and when we came here they had the home we are living in now....we. Love the amenities, the low lot rent (which include water,sewage and trash pick up and a clubhouse with lots of activities). We love that the management cares about the park and the security that they provide... We are glad that they have rules and enforce them.. If the management did not care then we would look like some of the other parks in the surrounding area that look like they need to be condemned... My question to Ms.Taylor... 1. DO YOU LIVE HERE... if so go to the management and address your issues...2.DO YOU HAVE FAMILY THAT LIVES HERE...if so have them go to the management and complain 3. HAVE YOU BEEN TO SEE AND TALK TO THE MANAGEMENT...if not go to the management and address these issues...I know your opinion is your opinion but we have a great park and wonderful management... If its some here you are getting your info from. Then maybe they need to move next door to the VAGABOND... Have a great and Blessed Day

Hi Robert. We do not do seasonal or any renting. I don't know of places still doing that but I am not 100% sure that it's still not a thing. You might check on mhvillage.com and see if the have a seasonal search? I think with air bnb and the other ones (vrbo) parks stopped doin it??? You could try the air bnb route as well. Good luck!!!

Thank you for your interest in our community! The dog rule is 25lbs max and 14" at withers. Only the odd numbers along 1st St are dog section (homes along 74th St side as there is no walking of dogs allowed on/in streets/community). Currently there are no homes available in that section. Else where in the community one indoor house cat is permitted. :)
As a 55+ community our rules state that one homeowner must be 55. BUT we have a minimum age for the second which is 50. Please call for more info, 727-541-2222. As for a caregiver, there is a procedure we must follow. That person is NOT a resident but still must be approved to be said caregiver.

We DO encourage you to stop in, drive through our community. We are located in unincorporated St Petersburg with St. Pete utilities. The area is a tiny bit more "rural" as in some areas do not have curbs, but I would not consider the area "SEEDY"! We are currently at $402-408 W/S/T included. Call for further info! 727-541-2222

I'm sorry Tammy but this park isn't a rental type. We own our Mobile but rent the land.The rent is lowest and there's a couple for sale. Its a very nice clean and friendly park it'd be worth your time to look at it closer and talk with the owner and her daughter. It is not a co-op. The rent is $408.00 a month which includes lot rent,water,and garbage.

Dogs are restricted to one area of the park with easy access to the exterior lawn area AND a side walk across the street (no interior street walking permitted). This area actually allows for 2 animals, so 2 dogs of the rules max, or a dog/cat combo, or even 2 cats (indoors only). Feel free to drive our community, Talk to our residents, And stop in the office for more info (M-F, 9-3).

We do not have a pool BUT many of our residents belong to the Elks Club down the street and use their HUGE pool, OR many opt for the beaches (4.7 miles away)!

You can't rent mobile home in ISLE OF PALMS PARK. There are some for sale. It is about lowest lot rent park in the area. But there is a couple of parks head-on that you can rent if you want.
