APRIL, the office manager turned a patient away and had her office staff refer the patient to Winnie Palmer in Orlando due to being high risk. When she called Exodus back to ask for the referral, they refused to provide one. April was highly unprofessional and rude and denied a high risk pregnant woman a referral to receive proper care. She then spoke to the “board of directors” and conveniently made it out to be an insurance problem for the reason they couldn’t provide this referral. This office is far more interested in making sure your insurance is charged rather than ensuring you receive proper care. A report will be provided to the DOH. If you want your child alive, go somewhere else.

A gender reveal gone wrong!!! My husband and I decided that this will be our last baby and wanted to wait until the baby was born to find out the gender. Today at my 24 week appointment the doctor told me the baby’s gender as she read off my blood pressure, weight, etc. Despite the notes on my chart and despite me telling the nurses at every appointment that we don’t want to know. Despite my ultrasound appointment and early genetic testing as to which I said “don’t tell me the gender “ it was all for nothing. What was suppose to be a epic surprise was stolen from me and my family. I can’t even have a gender reveal celebration now that I do know or even baby shower thanks to covid 19. If you are not waiting to find out the gender of your baby know that you will probably be told anyway and only told “sorry” when the information is out.

After considering me giving them one star and speaking with one of the staff members, I decided to give them three stars. The nurses are wonderful and friendly, especially the two in the back. The providers are also great. The front desk aren't overly friendly. Nevertheless they are helpful. However, the African American girl in the front is always friendly and helpful. The reason that I considered giving them one star is that on several occasions I felt disrespected and belittled by certain staff members. On another occasion, I was NOT given information that other patients are given for whatever reason that i desperately needed. Additionally, communication could be better. As an educated person I would like to understand what is going on. Other than that and overall, the office staff, nurses and providers are great.

So I have been with Exodus for over 2 years. I went through my pregnancy with my son with them and now a very difficult miscarriage. I must say that the staff today at my appointment and previous appointments were wonderful. The midwife who saw me today was a God send and completely understanding about my 2 year old son being a complete handful, she went as far as holding him to help me and keeping him calm while I was getting my blood taken. every appointment that I've had to go to and get an ultrasound, the lovely ultrasound tech has been nothing but kind and courteous. She treated me with so much respect and you can joke and talk with her. I must say everytime I come here for a pregnancy or anything they have gone above and beyond and been amazing. It's hard to find a doctor's office that has the ability to be professional, understanding, and make you feel comfortable all in one, but I must say Exodus has it and I would recommend them to anybody.

Horrible service and the people at the front desk have sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy 4 times now and twice they have set a later time in the week for my prescription to be eligible for pick up when it was suppose to be picked up the day of.
They are open Monday - Friday now but go somewhere else
