I did an appointment for my son In December because we recently moved to the area and his glasses are broken . Not appointments until March , del the day before his appointment they called me to cancel the appointment because the doctor move from the office and now we have to wait another month. Now if you there 10 minutes late they will cancel your appointment but They have excuses to change your appointment after months and months of waiting .

My daughter broke the arm off her glasses. We went in with them and they attempted a temporary repair, while they ordered new frames for her as they didn't have them in stock, and her glasses were under warranty. My wife tried to call them over a week later to get a ETA on them. No answer so she left a message on their answering service. She never got a call back. Two weeks later I attempted to call only to wait over an hour on hold with nobody answering. My wife stopped back by to ask in person only to find out that they never ordered the glasses like they said they would, and it would be ANOTHER two weeks before they came in. I USED to take my entire family of 5 there, but never again. No answer on the phone, horrible in person service and inept people. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! These people are not worth the hassle.

Consumers Beware: The disappointment is unremarkable with this company. I scheduled an appointment for my kids, 2 months AGO. The day of the appointment, I get a call 5 hours before the time scheduled, that the doctor quit the company and I needed to be rescheduled. She quit a while ago and I GET A CALL ABOUT A RESCHEDULE THE DAY OF. I was so mad but the scheduling lady called around and got me an appointment at another location, one for the same day and the 2nd appointment the next day. I get to the new location...they are telling me the first location canceled BOTH appointments she promised me. I had to beg for them to understand this wasn't my fault and they were able to see one of my kids, but my other kid would have to wait almost 2 months AGAIN! I'll go take my business somewhere else! Obviously, we are not wanted nor worth having around as customers. UNFORTUNATELY...I had to rate them 1 star, but zero star would have been most fitting!

This place is very very very slow. All I wanted to do was drop off my son's glasses to be sent out for repair. It's taking them over 30 minutes to just call my name! Horrible!! Get it together MyEyeDr. Winter Haven!! Improve your services please! Only 2 people working with a lobby full of people! Shame on you MyEyeDr Winter Haven! Can you believe that after waiting 30 minutes for my name to be called, then checking to see if they had the same frame, not having it and telling me that they will send them out for repair. Then I left back to my job, which took 25 minutes, the moment got to my job the MyEyeDr office calls and said they have my son's frame ad i can pick his glasses up the next day. 😡 I will be going some where else!

How far ahead can I make appointment
Understand.. I have been having problems with weakness seeing from my left eye but when both of them were checked they checked out fine. Not sure how to handle this problem.
