I needed a car for 5 passengers + luggage and only minivans in the Emerald Isle were available. The service rep in the garage, Tim, was able to get me a VW Atlas, which was perfect for our group. This was so much better than when I've rented with other companies and they spend 15 minutes trying to upsell you on stuff at the counter (Will you be needing a GPS, we have six ways to pay for fuel, etc..)

Loved the executive area where you can pick your own car and drive off. When returning the car, I was charged extra miles because my contract did not include mileages. However, Ken from SFO location did a good job explaining to me my contract and gave me back the refund for the mileages because I was unaware.

Yes, you should be able to drop and go. They do open at 6am. And the air trains run all the time to get to the terminals.
Yes just let them know your arrival they usually hold it 24hrs.

Just look for directions to the SFO Airtrain - there's escalators that take you up to level 3 and a walkway over. It is free and get off at the last stop. All rentals are there in 1 location.
