I had issues in the apartment complex I was before and was desperate to move away from it. My daughter has been living at Northern Cross for 2 months and her experience from the application process to the moving date was smooth so I decided to also apply at Northern.Gloria Cervantes has been the best leasing officer that I have ever known, she took care of my daughter and also took care of me. She helped and guided me throughout the process and provided assistance to get things completed. The moving date when I arrived to the office Gloria had everything ready so literally took 5 minutes to get my keys. Gloria is very diligent and always available to help so it definitely makes a difference when you are moving to a new place. As any apartment complex it has areas for improvement so I’m not going to say everything is perfect but for what I see so far the management is working on them so things are moving in the right direction. The management is constantly communicating with the residents via email about any situation or sharing information of their plans for projects in the future.

Toured back in Feb, fell in love with both the place and Scheradee tbh, put in an application that night. The process was so easy, we got approved within 48hrs of applying, getting everything ready for move in was so seamless and stress free surprisingly. We finally moved in Friday and we couldn’t be happier. Move in day, Scheradee answered my endless questions and made sure we were set with all the apps involved to make life easier. The unit looks just as good as the model, there is so much storage throughout since these are renovated but older. A lot of newer places look the same, these have a charm to them that make the place so homey. We only had a minor issue with our dishwasher draining, not a huge deal at all. Submitting a request was easy, I was notified by text the next business day that my request was assigned. They came this morning and the 2 maintenance workers were so kind and fixed it quickly. Nothing but good things to say so far, safe to say we are thrilled to be here. (:

We live in this apts since March of 2022! We loved it but not anymore my car got towed last night even though we registered the cars front office keep saying that “they got deleted” when it doesn’t make sense at all why would we delete our cars if we know they get towed… front Hispanic lady was so rude didn’t even try to help us at all… WORST customer service I’ve received here! Very unprofessional, they won’t even assure me that this won’t happen again. Not to mention I’m not the only person this has happened to! They need to fix their website! Cars can’t keep “delete themselves” very very unhappy! I missed 1 day of work because of this issue when it’s the apt responsibility not even ours! Please fix your apartment permits website!!!

After living in this apartment complex for a few years, I can give an honest review of what it was like to live here. It is quiet, dog park is nice and office staff is usually nice as well. My only complaints were that there are bugs, so make you buy the insect treatment add-on package as you will get bugs if not. But by far the biggest complaint was the A/C, it was breaking down multiple times in a year and I've had to put in multiple tickets to get it addressed. Finally I was told that it was the fact that I lived in the top floor that caused the A/C to malfunction so much. I continued to have A/C problems until I moved out December 2021. Had it not been for the repeated A/C problems, this place could've gotten 4 stars from me. This was an ok apartment, I've had worse apartments. But it could be better also.
