My experience with Jannet has been amazing. She got things done in a timely manner. She communicated well and was extremely nice and professional. I myself and my husband are excited to start our knew lease at our knew residence 08/1/22 All the wonderful reviews about this community, and management have me extremely excited and can’t wait to move in. Thank you Jannet and Natalie for all you. Update: I’ve been here now since august 2022 and i have had a positive experience living here. A few minor things but nothing odd or of concern. Natalie and Jannet work really hard around the community notifying us of any concerns or issues. The grounds are always well kept and quite. I really enjoy living here and couldn’t have picked a better community to call home. Thank you two wonderful ladies again for all the hard work and effort to making sure it’s a safe place to live.

Let me start by saying that this is my first time living alone and I was very nervous. I leased with hidden lakes and ended up having a few issues. Well…thanks to Vallery the property manager, she went above and beyond to insure this experience would be great! I love my new lil spot! It’s mine! It’s cute! And I love the help I got from day one!

I’ve lived here for a full year now, going on my second. Being a young female looking for a safe and affordable place to live, this place checked all the boxes. I’ve never had any real issues living here, everyone’s minds their own and I always feel welcomed in my community. I will say I’ve seen many employees in and out of the office which can be annoying, but management does a great job of handling their business and giving back to the community. The girls are always helpful and good at taking responsibility for things, which I think is rare for some apartment complexes. Maintenance is also very nice. This morning they gave me a breakfast taco and coffee which was such a surprise!! Literally MADE MY MORNING! 10/10 recommend living here. Great for first time renters and people with kids.
