Upon move in, I should have been told of all additional fees... including a 6.50 extra to pay rent online, therefore a person who would put back normally for rent, made it very difficult and unnecessary fees... Water bill for one person ran extremely high several months of my lease, like 80$. I had to get a filter to change it out, they said they did that regularly, hmmm... And roaches live there, I wasn't the only tenant to complain, but hey the day I moved out they came in without notice and sprayed. Sinks stayed backed up and raw dried sewage constantly coming from the clean out... And that smelled. Never could you find someone in the office, up until the end, they finally got Claudia some help, I'm sure current tenants will be happy because that was probably the most annoying when you needed them and no one's there, not answers the phone. Oh and I had mentioned to them I had baby squirrels in the ceiling where the crawl space would be, last year I heard them and again they came back this year.... 2.5 starts only because they are trying to improve it seems... Watch that rent, after 12 months it goes crazy high!!!!!
