This place is a JOKE! We are moving out of here at the end of our lease. Trash pileup only happens on Sunday the management says? How about every day there after! You haven't seen TRASH until you've seen what this complex gets! Management is always giving canned answers to every single one star review instead of fixing the problem. Which means they don't really have solutions for any of these problems. This review panel is for us the residents to express our concerns about the property.(which is very disappointing) so going to the manager only upsets her, then she'll reverse it and blame it on the tenant that makes the complaint/problem. So in all reality it doesn't help MATTERS instead only put you on the list and THEN You'll get slow work orders, much higher rent when your lease is up, EVEN violations for reporting these concerns you feel must be known. Management goes by her own choices, not what's best for the residents. The parking lot is always full of cars. It looks like this complex owns a car dealership in the front and in the street. So many visitors are always here, living or visiting? We had to put cameras up because someone tried to break in our storage room in the breezeway. As for the family sitting area in the back, if just half of it was taken care of and straightened up, it wouldn't be a bad area to meet other residents and enjoy family time. Most of the furniture is tossed over, pillows thrown everywhere. Trash everywhere and the Checkered pieces and Chess pieces are everywhere. Why have them if you can't keep them neat? My advice, read reviews before moving anywhere. Then decide based on your feeling.

I am giving this place 5 stars! the belmond apartments is the cleanest, well organized, friendliest place I have ever visited. To start, the leasing office smells great, with a scent of fresh lavender and roasted coffee. the chairs are neatly place in front of the leasing agents desks, no clutter. the coffee machine is great for first time visitors like myself! Serval options to choose from for us to enjoy our experience, this area was kept clean and stocked up with goodies, such a great little touch. The gym and pool area, is clean as well as the restroom, which I would like add I have never seen a place with restroom access for residents and visitors near the pool 👍🏽. Gym clean and organized as soon as you step foot the sent of Gain, the equipment was placed where it should be, nothing on the floor. everything was placed neatly away and whipped down. Dog park clean baggie holders provided, playground and outdoor bar area amazing! Overall my experience was amazing the person giving me the tour was a man named Ronnie, not only did he offer me the matcha latte beverage in the start of the tour, he also provided detailed, well explained suite & floor plan information and rates, he was friendly very helpful. Thank you so much for the experience here at the Belmond apartments I will definitely be telling friends! Great location! Great staff! Great amenities! 👍🏽

The apartment complex is well kept and very clean. We absolutely love the playground for the children. It also has a nice area for adults to hang out. The manager and staff are absolutely amazing. They listen to your concerns and find a solution to keep tenants happy. One of the best apartment complex we have stayed in.
