This apartments management company is awful. No maintenance, thier excuse is always that they don't have enough maintenance men. My kids bathroom has been unusable since August of 2021 due to a sewage leak from under the toilet. Save yourselves avoid this property.

If you enjoy paying high rent for poor service this is your place. Takes literal months for even the simplest repairs. If you try to hold staff accountable for things stated in your lease agreement you will be thrown out of the office. I wouldn’t renew here if they offered a unit for free. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.

Do Not rent with this company. After spending a whole year in this apartment. I can honestly say my living experience has been complete agony. From foundation issues. To poor management to just about the laziest un trustworthy maintainable staff you've ever seen. This is absolutely a last resort if it didn't cost an arm and a leg to cancel my lease. I would. Don't rent here let this company fade into the void

This apartment complex is an absolute garbage.I just can't wait for my lease to end.No matter how urgent your service request is,it won't be taken care of before a month goes by and you make multiple trips to the office to beg them to send someone to your home.But the answer is always the same.'we don't have enough employees.'
