People are friendly. Cars are nice. I do not like the fact that the forms sent to you do not have the part about bringing two utility bills with you in a more conspicuous place. We had to scramble to obtain the proper paperwork. (Edit): I didn't have to bring utility bills this time. Which is good, because I dont receive paper bills anymore. I had an issue with my car not charging cell phones. They took care of me quickly and professionally.
