I had to get a storage unit after the apartment I was getting was not in good condition as it was full of mildew. So I had to find a storage unit at the very last minute as my only option was to rent a hotel until I find another apartment. This was my very first experience ever using a storage facility, and this was by far the ONLY AND BEST THING that happened to me in these past couple of stressful weeks. Jamie handled my reservation, and she did everything she could to help me in my situation. She is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, VERY PLEASANT PERSON to work with. Also, Sam who met me at the storage unit was AWESOME, and very helpful in finding the best unit to accommodate my belongings, and they both made my experience very pleasurable. The unit is very clean, as well as safe and secure. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GLADSTONE SELF STORAGE TO EVERYONE WHO'S LOOKING FOR A SAFE WELL SECURED PLACE TO STORE THEIR VALUABLES. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING YOU GUYS HAVE DONE.

I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. Their customer service skills lack professionalism. The owner is very rude and short with you when you call or in person. If I would have known they charge you a full months storage fee for the entire month, I wouldn't have moved my stuff out so quickly by hiring movers, cleaning out the storage unit, so someone else could use it. I called to ask when I would receive my prorated monthly charge back and the owner said, "you don't once you're in you're in!". Not in a friendly manner very rude, I might add. When I spoke to the lady in the office I was told differently. I work in property management and it is illegal to double charge rent. If you need storage, I would recommend Security Self Storage. They treat their customers with respect and integrity!!! Not to mention they would refund you your money and not keep it from you. The owner needs customer service classes and how to work with the public!!! Go to another facility!!!
