Those people have been helpful. I came in very sick and they treated me right in collaboration with my doctor from my country, which allowed me to get the right medicine prescribed and so not avoid being more sick. Thank you for your help

It is not clearly illustrated where the office even is from the building. I asked the valet, which apparently is free, where the urgent care office was located. He mumbled something that none on nor my girlfriend could make out on exactly which floor the urgent care office was located. We figured it out eventually it’s on the fifth floor. We were the only ones in the waiting room and when we got to the window the receptionist said can you go outside and call the phone number on the front door of the office to make an appointment. I walked 6 feet away outside called number and walked back into the waiting room where the girl and I carried on a conversation while she was behind the desk looking at me through the window. It was something out of a situation comedy. Ridiculous! After a few minutes they took my girlfriend inside to examine her condition. Another receptionist stepped outside in the waiting room as I was the only one in the waiting room and told me the doctor doesn’t like people to wait in the waiting room that are not patients you can go downstairs and wait in your car. I felt the service was one-sided and all about the doctors idiosyncrasies & not so much about the patient’s concerns. I will search out a new urgent care center in an around the Coral Gables area where I just moved to.

Dr. Mones was an excellent physician, The staff in the office were very quick to attend me and fill all my needs including lab work that I could get done there without having to go to quest and a chest x-ray for a false positive PPD. I would highly recommend them for any of your healthcare needs!

We do not have MRI or CT on site. However, we are usually able to get patients that require non emergent MRI or CT into a diagnostic center for same day studies when needed.

Yes of course. We even have morning, evening and weekend appointments to make it convenient l.
We do treat all types of back pain with various modalities. We do not perform epidural injections nor do we prescribe controlled substances. If we evaluate you and deem some treatments of this nature are needed we do have specialists to refer you to that can assist you.
Unfortunately, private medical practices are not currently administering the covid vaccine.
