I came here about 4 days ago. I was “diagnosed” with gastritis. I get it they don’t need tests but at least they should give you meds that work. I’ve doing everything they told me to and still feel horrible. Now I understand some meds won’t work the same way for everyone, but the doctor that talked to me appeared to be in rush, which wasn’t very professional, she barely let me speak and after me saying only three symptoms she decided I had gastritis and let me go home with a prescription for some pill that were actually over the counter medication that has not help at all… I don’t know why she did not take me seriously enough but i don’t think she cared at all about me.

Please fire your front desk person who was working at 6-7pm Friday June 24th. I’m disgusted with the unprofessional behavior of putting me on hold & continuing to hang up on a nice peaceful client calling with an emergency health concern. They are not answering the phones & greeting ppl & hanging up on us. This is awful for such a BIG BRANDED franchise & they should not have ppl like this working for them delivering this disrespectful energy. If you are blessed to be of service to others do so with a good heart or give your job to someone who will appreciate being part of a big Company such as this!

All of the staff was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The doctor was very attentive. He listened to all of my concerns. Also, the wait time was less than 10 minutes. I definitely recommend this facility

Absolutely terrible. The older lady at the front is rude as ever! The doctor was incompetent. I went for a skin abscess this man told me to go to the obgyn. It was not in an area that would be a gynecological concern. I asked him again was he sure. A simple drain would have made more sense. I went to the hospital and they drained it. Even laughed that the previous doctor suggested an ob. I've been to this location several times and while the lady in the front is always rude, the doctors have always been great. Never returning

Don't Go to the MD Now at Biscayne Blvd, they don't care, As patient, I went there, they just took my money for nothing with no treatment. For my experience, it's not good. Go to the MD Now on 183rd Street, Sky Lakes Plaza. It's good. I had Covid-19, I went there, and I had been treated very fast.
