As a Baptist Health Nurse I am even more proud to say the nurses Alicia and Stephanie were two of the greatest nurses. They were very compassionate ,Professional, thorough, informative and kind. The doctor, x ray tech and other staff members all worked together to make the visit great. The doctor sat down to explain everything in detail and I was very grateful for all of the assistance today.

The staff was excellent and very attentive. Two thumbs up to the nurse who took care of my father (sorry forgot her name). She was very patient and empathetic and explained everything in great detail. The whole procedure was done in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend this facility.

Excellent customer service once I got into my room. Front desk reception could have made eye contact and treated me like a patient instead of a number! The volume of Covid and Flu patients was high. The Nurse, Doctor, and Tech were fantastic. Thanks

I got there 5 minutes before they opened. I was 5th in line. I liked how they numbered the form we had to fill out so we were called in the order we arrived. The waiting room was clean and the chairs were spread out. Everyone wore masks. I waited about 15 minute and was prepped by Nurse Alicia - she's FABULOUS! So professional and personable! After 20 minutes my tests came and Dr Jimenez check my breathing and gave me the diagnoses. Nurse Alicia came in after another wait to explain my meds. In and out in less than 2 hours. I've always loved this location!
