Every time I come to this facility I regret it and remind myself never to go back. The 1 star is for the nurses and reception area staff who are all friendly and great. The doctor on location. Is terrible. Low energy, always prescribes the same thing. Doesn’t listen to patient. Has zero people skills. Hardly speaks English. If anyone needs an amazing facility with excellent doctors, I recommend you take the hike to baptist urgent care in doral. Always professional.

My family has been coming to this urgent care for years. I am so grateful to them. The Doctors and nurses are very caring, and highly professionals. They have always give us the right medical treatment. The receptionists are very helpful, and super fast in the registration process. The security guards not only keep us safe, but always have a smile for us that make us feel better. This whole team is a big family!

I suffer from asthmatic bronchitis and consequently have visit this facility many times, recently due to COVID. I have to say that the staff and doctors here are amazing! I get quick service (we need to understand that some days they are overwhelmingly busy), they seem to care to listen when you’re describing your discomforts. I’m really thankful that Baptist decided to create these centers some years ago. It saves the Hospital’s ER’s for real emergencies.
